The "OM 3020" laser equipment has been designed to offer our customers the advantages deriving from the use of a whole acrylic plate; such advantages basically consist in the possibility to optimize the use of materials on large surfaces, the possibility to work with no size limits, as well as comparatively long working cycles, so the operator’s time during loading and unloading intervals becomes productive.

This system can perform a kind of work which has always been complicated.

We are talking about the outlining of thermoformed parts, their drilling in vertical walls and the possibility to work on their heads.

All this without any of the time- or money-consuming operations required to learn the working cycle, which results in time-saving and having the machine always available for active work.
Actually, the cutting program is managed by the CAD-CAM as if it were an ordinary plate cutting, and it will be the powerful "LCX" software, exclusively produced by our company, to take care of calculating tangencies, work off-sets and cutting definition.

The great flexibility of such equipment is proved by the possibility to equip it with metal-cutting fittings.

In this configuration, with 800/1,000W power, the OM 3020 equipment becomes extremely competitive for those industrial applications which may be required in the field of signs and posters, which generally have to combine the classical cut of plastics to the possibility to internally produce metal fittings for structural installations as well.
