The "OF" systems, manufactured in the four versions OF 500, OF 800, OF 1200 and OF 1750 are used for cutting, engraving and boring different material types with a great accuracy and high speed. The high automation level makes their use easier.
In particular, the great accuracy of the system can be appreciated when cutting multilayer panels for the production of hollow-dies for paper factories.
In this particular case, the machine is able to achieve constant wide cuts along the whole preset path, and to assure an ideal assembly of the metal blades for the introduction within the panel. Far this purpose, any equipment is fitted with an "auto-focus" system with annular feeler pin.

Two cutting modes can be saved for two-, three- or four-point mixed cuttings according to the preset program.

The sources of OF 500 is equipped with slow sources whereas models OF 800, OF 1200 and OF 1750 are designed with fast axial flow ones. The beam delivery system is of the highest possible quality and yet of great simplicity thereby facilitating both the maintenance and long term durability of the machines.

Thereby avoiding, on one hand the problems of cost and space which come about the cause of the need of double production capacity while on the other hand avoiding the necessity to install a second plant.

LASER SYSTEM SAFETY
The laser systems come equipped with sophisticated diagnostic systems which permit the monitoring of all functions, including both visualization and highlighting of them. The full compliance with the international norm (C. E.) guarantees the user absolute safety while using the machine.

CONNECTIONS WITH CAD/CAD SYSTEMS
In order to make programming of the CNC easier, the machines can be connected to a computerized graphic workstation in order to create or highlight designs through automatically programmed systems (digitizers, scanners, etc.). Everything which is programmed on the graphics stations can be transferred to the GNC by 3.5" diskette.
