Cutlite Penta’s PLUS Bevel fiber laser systems ensure consistent quality processing even on thick materials with power up to 60 kW. The reliability of the systems comes from top-quality mechanical and optical components combined with the stability of the linear motors and the strength of the electrowelded and thermally stabilized steel base.
The PLUS Bevel system by Cutlite Penta is the first solution for inclined cutting that combines ultra-high-power laser cutting with flawless quality, even in complex operations. The linear motors offer maximum reliability, and the smooth, uninterrupted movement of the axes ensures continuity and consistency throughout the cutting process. These advantages are paired with the system’s efficiency and the ultra-high precision of the results.

Bevel Head
The cutting head, designed by Cutlite Penta, allows for all types of processing while maintaining the advantages of traditional flat cutting. Innovative in its mechanics, the head has very compact dimensions, is lightweight, and allows the use of the same bases as flat machines, preserving the high performance offered by the laser system. It also allows rotation of +/- 50° in both cutting directions.
Laser sources
The fiber laser sources offer exceptional versatility, enabling the processing of a wide range of metals. Their key features include high efficiency, excellent beam quality, and low energy consumption. Encased in a sealed NEMA 12 cabinet, the sources can operate efficiently even in harsh environments, ensuring reliability and safety. The efficiency of the processing is further enhanced by the advantage of reduced maintenance costs.
Mechanical Structure
The base is a thermally stabilized electrowelded steel structure, further processed to receive high-precision guides and linear motors. The Gantry structure is particularly lightweight and durable, made from cast aluminum alloy beams to which the steel beam is anchored. The carriage architecture is moved by linear motors with absolute inductive encoders. It is designed to house motors for the B and C axes, providing smooth movement and Bevel application up to +/-50°, offering exceptional dynamic performance:

Loading and Unloading Systems
Inline or 90° loading and unloading systems are available combined with vertical storage racks that communicate with the laser systems and are entirely made by Cutlite Penta.
Hardware Solutions
Automatic Nozzle Replacement
Automatic nozzle replacement is an option whereby the machine automatically changes the cutting head nozzle with no need for operator involvement.
Camera
A position camera that enables remote monitoring and viewing of machine operation.
Two-level Worktable Changeover
Two-level worktable changeover allows the table to be changed in approximately 15 seconds, almost completely masking loading and unloading times – the fiber plus system is the fastest on the market today.
Pallet lift changeover
This optional extra allows optimisation of processing times by reducing loading and unloading times of the sheet metal.
Automation
This option allows optimisation of processing times, almost entirely masking loading and unloading times.
Software
Simple and intuitive cutting-edge front-end software, designed to guarantee the highest level of versatility and customisation.
