The XME machine, by combining brushless motors and a rack-and-pinion drive with a solid and reliable structure and the same cutting head as the larger versions in the Cutlite Penta family, epitomises our technical expertise and no-fuss approach, created and developed in an everyday work context. The signature features of the XME together make it the most efficient and reliable laser system available in its market segment.
CONFIGURATOR
EVO 3 Head
The Evo 3 cutting head is equipped with a capacitive sensor. The XME model also features the cutting head developed and produced in Italy by Cutlite Penta, in the most advanced EVO 3 versions with the same stand-out performance and reliability of the PLUS and LME systems.
Laser source
Since the development of the EVO series, the checks that Cutlite Penta performs on its cutting head, from design to manufacture, have established its reputation for performance, reliability and versatility, attracting the attention of leading manufacturers of fibre laser cutting sources, with whom it has developed a long-term reciprocal partnerships over time, thus ensuring flexibility and diversity in its market offering.
Mechanical design
The base support structure is made of strong and durable electro-welded steel while the gantry mechanism consists of a lightweight, rigid steel beam to compensate for thermal expansion without deformation.
This configuration, combined with Cutlite Penta’s numeric control, enables the brushless motor system with rack-and-pinion drive to achieve outstanding dynamic performance.

Loading/Unloading and Warehouses
Cutlite Penta designs and manufactures in-house both in-line and 90° loading and unloading systems, integrated with vertical storage warehouses that communicate directly with our laser systems.
hardware solutions
Automatic nozzle changer
Automatic nozzle replacement is an option whereby the machine automatically changes the cutting head nozzle with no need for operator involvement.
Camera
A position camera that enables remote monitoring and viewing of machine operation.
Two-level Table Changer
The two-level table changer allows the worktable to be swapped in approximately 15 seconds, effectively minimizing loading and unloading times.
Pallet lift changeover
This optional extra allows optimisation of processing times by reducing loading and unloading times of the sheet metal.
Automation
This option allows optimisation of processing times, almost entirely masking loading and unloading times.

Simple and intuitive cutting-edge front-end software, designed to guarantee the highest level of versatility and customisation.
