EVO 3 Cutting Head

XMF is equipped with an EVO 3 cutting head featuring a capacitive sensor. Entirely designed and manufactured in-house, the cutting head is the result of advanced technologies and high-quality materials, ensuring maximum control during cutting operations. It also includes contact and temperature sensors to further enhance cutting precision and improve the overall machining experience.

Laser source

The fiber laser source of the XMF is the result of meticulous technical design, ensuring power up to 20 kW and high reliability. Fiber laser sources offer maximum cutting versatility across a wide range of metals, excellent beam quality, and low electrical consumption. The high efficiency of the sources allows for optimized energy use, significantly reducing operating costs.

Mechanical structure

The XMF laser system features a welded steel base frame, providing enhanced durability even under daily use. The Gantry consists of a rigid yet lightweight steel beam, while the brushless motors with rack and pinion transmission ensure highly reliable dynamic performance.

The design includes a front access door and rear loading system with a dual worktable, making loading and machine management easier and more efficient.

Loading/Unloading and Warehouses

Cutlite Penta also produces in-house in-line or 90° loading and unloading systems combined with vertical storage warehouses that communicate directly with our laser systems.
