Laser system for cutting pipes in large formats
The FHT laser system is the solution for cutting metal pipes with state-of-the-art technology, even for large formats. Designed and built in Tuscany, this machine guarantees precision, efficiency, and safety for the most advanced industrial needs.
Thanks to its spindle group and suspension rollers, FHT allows processing of pipes with diameters from 80 mm up to 800 mm and lengths up to 6000 mm. On request, configurations are available to process pipes with larger diameters and lengths, meeting any production need.

To ensure maximum flexibility, the FHT fiber laser system for pipe cutting can be equipped with:
- Straight head for precise and linear cuts.
- Bevel head for creating perfect chamfers and angles, optimizing subsequent assembly and welding stages.
Guaranteed safety and easy loading
Safety is a top priority in every Cutlite Penta system. The machine is equipped with a fully enclosed protection cabin designed to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with current regulations. The cabin consists of sliding panels with certified portholes that allow monitoring of the process with full protection. Thanks to its structure, open on two sides, pipe loading can be done easily with either an overhead crane or forklift, improving operational efficiency and reducing machine downtime.
