Tube E is the laser system designed and manufactured by CUTLITE PENTA to make laser cutting technology accessible to all companies seeking a versatile and cost-effective solution. The Tube E technology allows the processing of round, square, and rectangular tubes as well as open profiles (sections from 20 mm to 220mm), all with the distinctive quality of laser cutting.

TUBE head
The systems in the Tube Line feature a unique cutting head, the result of our Research and Development team’s innovation. Its essential design minimizes required maintenance, while the fully sealed optical system ensures excellent usability and extended durability. The Tube head also stands out due to its simplified consumables and compact, modular configuration.
Laser Sources
The fiber laser source of the Tube E offers high versatility and enables the processing of a wide range of metals with maximum precision. It can be configured with different optical fiber diameters and allows for easy changes to the cutting geometry. Energy efficiency, excellent beam quality, and fast processing speeds help reduce both time and operational costs. Each laser source is housed in a sealed, climate-controlled NEMA 12 cabinet, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging or dusty industrial environments. The high reliability of these sources results in extremely low maintenance costs.
STEP BY STEP Automatic Loader
- Maximum capacity 6 tubes with a diameter of ø220 mm
- Automatic loading of tubes from ø 20 mm up to ø220 mm
- Automatic loading of lengths from 3000 mm to 6500 mm, extendable upon request
- All sliding surfaces are fully covered with plastic material to prevent damage or scratching of delicate tubes
- Can be installed on the operator side or at the rear, to optimize the layout within the work area
Processable materials
The machine is capable of precisely cutting tubes and profiles made of mild steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper, and brass. Depending on the material, the most suitable assist gas can be selected to optimize the cutting process: for example, oxygen for carbon steel and iron, or nitrogen for stainless steel.
The numerical control (CNC) automates every phase of the process, from the initial loading of bars to the unloading of finished parts. The reliability of the installed laser sources ensures minimal maintenance and efficient management of processing costs.
