Next generation flat metal profile laser cutting
Tube F is the result of the laser evolution from CUTLITE PENTA, designed to meet specific market demands for laser cutting of flat metal profiles. Thanks to high-tech laser systems, the machine performs various operations in a single cycle to achieve a finished part, eliminating the need for multiple machines. Tube F can process flat metal profiles with widths from 40mm to 300mm and a minimum thickness of 8mm with maximum precision.
The distinctive cutting quality of CUTLITE PENTA technology and the speed of laser processing deliver unique performance to optimize company operations. Specialization in flat profile cutting makes the machine ideal for industries that require work on linear elements, such as metal carpentry, shipbuilding, automotive, and the railway sector.

TUBE Head
TUBE line systems use a unique cutting head, the result of our R&D department’s ingenuity.
The exceptional flexibility of the CUTLITE PENTA TUBE head, specifically applied to flat profiles, allows for special applications and prototypes to be realized quickly and precisely. Thanks to its compact design and optics housed in a sealed NEMA 12 cabinet, the cutting head offers long-lasting reliability in operations.
Laser sources
The Tube E fiber laser source offers high versatility and allows working on a wide range of metals with maximum precision. It can be configured with different fiber optic diameters and allows easy changes to cutting geometries. Energy efficiency, excellent beam quality, and rapid processing help reduce time and operational costs. Each source is housed in a sealed, climate-controlled NEMA 12 cabinet, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh or dusty industrial environments. The high reliability of these sources means very low maintenance costs.
Workable Materials
Tube F allows processing of flat profiles in mild steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, brass, and copper. The machine handles various cutting assist gases: oxygen for iron and mild steel, nitrogen for stainless steel. The CNC manages all operations from bar loading to finished part unloading, with the ability to work with bars up to 50 Kg/m in weight and lengths from 6000mm to 8000mm.

Camera
A positioning camera that allows remote monitoring and viewing of machine operations.
Tube position detection system
Detects the position of the tube and corrects the cutting path.
Smart Mandrel (optional)
Electro spindle with automatic 10-station tool changer, for flow drilling and tapping up to M12.
