An added value of these machines is the linear motors by Kollmorgen, which drive the two axes of the machine and give the PLUS series extremely high dynamics, with great productivity even on highly complex geometries.
The Kollmorgen IC-series direct-drive linear motors, water-cooled, and the MC magnets deliver high performance and absolute precision. This solution has let us improve thrust and the performance-to-size ratio compared with the competition.
